Engineered with new users in mind, but able to keep up with enthusiasts’ needs, the Perfetta is the perfect fit for new home baristas and those looking for a little more. What really sets the Perfetta apart is the range of higher end features that you get in this affordable machine. Programmable shot timing allows you to dial in your perfect shot and replicate it every time. A single hole steam wand gives you exceptional milk control and the ability to create impressive microfoam, especially considering this machine’s cost.
The Solis Perfetta is powered by a themoblock boiler that provides a quick 1 minute heat up time and consistent, adjustable temperatures for brewing and steaming. Auto-purge solenoids help with pressure regulation in your shots to prevent mess and make backflushing a breeze. We’re also impressed with the Perfetta’s included hot water spout, a feature we don’t often see on machines this compact.
Further, the Perfetta offers standard pressurized and non-pressurized baskets, the latter working well with pre-ground coffee and pods to help get you started. Finally, the Perfetta features a large, readable pressure gauge, which helps you dial in a delicious shot.

In order to get an intense espresso or coffee, adequate pressure during the brewing process is essential. Too much or too little pressure during the coffee extraction leads to an over- or under-extraction of the coffee and can have a negative effect on the aroma. A pressure of approx. 9 bar is ideal to achieve a good result and to fully exploit the rich aroma of every coffee. Thanks to the pressure gauge, you can keep an eye on the extraction pressure at all times.
PID temperature controller
Espresso reacts very strongly to temperature fluctuations when brewing. A constant brewing temperature is therefore particularly important for a successful espresso. The built-in PID controller enables the water temperature to be precisely stabilized so that the aroma can fully develop.
BRITA water filter
Did you know that a water filter not only reduces limescale, but can also have a positive effect on taste? Coffee is 98% water. That is why the espresso machine is equipped with a BRITA water filter. This can be easily inserted into the water tank and activated by a program.
